I have a birthday coming up and I’ve been making a little wish list…I would love any of these special things to help mark the big 2-6.
A few years ago I started the tradition of giving a gift to myself and I have some big plans this year. ย It might involve my first trip to South Coast Plaza…a venture I’ve been avoiding as to not spend any money while I’m temporarily unemployed.
Can you think of anything I should add to this birthday list!?

Oh my GAH – I didn’t go see him in Memphis in college and I didn’t know he would take a 7-year hiatus! Christian is going to be super embarrassed of my behavior, I’m sure of it.
You should totally get a lemon tree! I secretly wish I could live in CA just to have a lemon tree orchard (a la Yolanda Foster). I actually got a tree this year, but I live in NJ, so I’m worried about it in the winter. Go for it, girl!

I heart Yolanda. Our patio only receives partial sunlight and the guy at Lowe’s claimed lemon trees need direct sunlight…but I want to try it anyway!
Happy birthday, what a great wish list! Just a tip for the no-slip hangers, it’s much better to get a neutral color! The black ones get fuzz all over everything! I love my tan ones!
I always love reading your blog! It helps me get motivated to get out there and live life to the fullest, I’m very jealous about the JT/JZ concert! Fingers crossed they’ll be coming to Red Rocks sometime soon!
