You guys know I’m a big fan of @bakedbymelissa recipes, so today we’re making their Green Goddess Dip. #wwpartner You can find the recipe below, and it’s 4 points for 1/3 cup! It’s also trackable on the @WW app. You can serve it with crudité or chips, and even better if you can end on a sweet note with a cupcake from Baked by Melissa x WW cupcake collaboration. Don’t judge my mini blender! I may have broken my Vitamix. Don’t ask. // #greengoddess #greengoddessdip

Ingredients:
3 oz fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh parsley
3 garlic cloves
1.5 TB lemon juice
2 TB olive oil
16 oz cottage cheese
1/2 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp pepper

Combine first four ingredients. Slowly add in olive oil. Add cottage cheese, season to taste and enjoy!

My 2022 body transformation 😜… a big tummy carrying my delicious Theo and a slow and steady 35 lb difference start to finish. I am proud of my body, and watching it grow and change is absolutely mind blowing, even in the second time around! I attended reformer Pilates regularly until I was 37 weeks pregnant and started back at 8 weeks postpartum. A year later, I feel strong, happy and confident. 👏🏼💪🏼 Unsurprisingly, that baby boy was worth it.
