protein ball recipe

I shared that I was making these energy oat bites, and didn’t except the slew of recipe requests, so I wanted to share it on the website so it’s more easily found!

My friend Cassie made these for me after I had Stella. It’s a recipe that is supposed to help with lactation, but the ingredients are so easy and filling, both Christian and Theo love them too. Honestly, they taste like cookie dough to me.

I will eat two for breakfast or two as a late afternoon snack. So, so good – I can’t believe it’s only six ingredients!

I N G R E D I E N T S:

1/3 cup honey

D I R E C T I O N S:

Enjoy! Thanks so much for reading – XO –

  1. These sound delicious! I will definitely be trying them. Do you mostly post on Instagram now? There are hardly any new posts lately, not ever a birth one or picture of Stella, unless I’m just missing them. I get being a new mom is a lot, so no pressure, just want to make sure I’m not missing something,

    1. Hi Jessica! I took some time off at the end of my pregnancy and after Stella’s birth. I do mostly post on social media unless it’s home / decor / recipes / holiday and then I try to put them on the website! I will be slowly putting new house room reveals on the website. The website is my first love but it just takes a lot more time to maintain than social media!
