When I saw this sweater on Forever21 online, I was like…I have it have it.  Now.  Obviously it’s cute, but it also reminds me of my B*Witched cd I had in the fifth grade.  That music video is so terrible.  Terribly awesome.   In fact, that gem is somewhere in my childhood bedroom under the bed.  I admit that I just recently got rid of my cd tower and buried my cd’s in a giant cd case that has found it’s new home safely under my bed in Mississippi.  You can’t get rid of those babies! I have to have proof that yes, I actually paid money for the Crazy Town, Brandy and Space Jam cd’s.  And maybe stole a Coolio cd from one of my siblings.

Back to clothes.  When I ordered this sweater I thought it was a normal person sweater.  When it came in it looked like I had swiped it from my fifth grade closet…while in fact listening to B*Witched, because it is actually a KIDS SWEATER.  Since when did Forever21 have kids clothing?  I took this rare coincidence as a sign I must in fact find a way I could wear the now “cropped” sweater and keep it, so I layered it over a strapless dress and voila!  Instant love.

    1. Thank you! You’re so kind! I really don’t have any big hair secrets – I do LOVE my pantene, morrocan oil and Chi 2-in-1 straightener/curling iron.

And of course, hairspray and a teaser. Necessary.

  1. I’m been wanting the J.Crew pave bracelet for forever, but it was a liiiittle out of my price range. Thanks for the links!

  2. OK…I have those heels in the flourescent yellow & I can’t get that dang buckle to stay clasped to save my live. I LOVE them though…didn’t see that color! Cute Cute Cute!

  3. Just ran across your blog and was nosing around when I saw this post… I can tell we are kindred spirits for 3 indisputable reasons. 1) Diet Coke as an accessory. 2) Bewitched was my favorite CD for a long time. Infact, my brother and I were both so excited about the CD we both had to get it. Because sharing is not possible when you have rooms next door to one another. 3) Buying a shirt online in child’s size. Sometimes fashion elation blurs out common sense.

Fun website! I will be back 🙂
