This isn’t my most stunning photography, but I love this white bean chicken chili recipe SO much and I realized I have never shared it here on the website!

It is an easy instant pot recipe (or you can use a slow cooker), and the flavor and consistency is perfect. I do add a little bit more chicken broth than the recipe calls for, and I serve it with cornbread.

It is a good amount for four big servings, but if you have a lot of mouths to feed I would recommend doubling the recipe.
