If you guys remember this post, you know I’ve been a fan of Nespresso for quite some time. I had my first cup on our honeymoon at Rosewood Mayakoba, and ever since then both Christian and I have been hooked!
I was so honored to be one of the first to try the new Lattissima Touch, and I knew Christian, a macchiato guy, would really love it. This particular machine gives you multiple options for the coffee and milk froth, allowing you to make any kind of latte, macchiato or cappuccino with as much or as little espresso, milk or froth as you would like. I love how easy this machine is to use and to customize your drink exactly to your (or your guest’s) liking.
SO, I thought why not try to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte at home? I looked up several recipes, and they were all pretty simple. I used this recipe and I’ve got to say – it was delish. And you use so little of the pumpkin puree that I then made a pumpkin pie… oy vey. I was trying not to be wasteful… right?
dress c/o (and on sale!) | cashmere scarf c/o (no longer available), love this one and this one | watch c/o | palm pillow | monogram pillow | similar spotted pillow | throw blanket c/o
Do any of you have a fall coffee recipe you love? I’d love to hear about it! And who else is addicted to their Nespresso? I love how easy it is to make an afternoon cup.
Thanks so much for reading! XO –
I love that you say oy vey. My mom used to say that all the time growing up and I never hear it anymore! It makes me smile every time I read it on one of your blog posts hehe.
I don’t have any fancy recipes like this (which I am DEFINITELY going to try) but in the winter time, I always love to mix in some hot cocoa with my coffee. It makes it so rich and delicious!
I’m not Jewish but there are SEVERAL things about the culture that I seriously love. Bagels and the phrase “oy vey” are on the top of that list. I also love to mix some hot chocolate in with coffee! Better yet, using eggnog instead of creamer. #YUM. Love that!
The Nespresso machine is so great, and perfect if you are a coffee connoisseur 😉 Better than the Keurigs too, because you can access all the wells and properly clean (sanitation is a good thing 😉 ) Basically, who needs Starbucks when you have a Nespresso? (If this blogging thing doesn’t work out for you, you can open your own Nespresso shop. 😉

I think the Nespresso is what has made me a coffee snob! I seriously look forward to going into the Nespresso store to buy new pods and try new flavors. The addiction is real!
This looks fabulous! I’m all about pumpkin coffee!
You know, I’ve seen pumpkin coffee at Trader Joe’s and ALMOST bought it, but I knew C wouldn’t enjoy it with me. I still want it though!
I have considered getting a Nespresso machine for a while now and I may be convinced! The latte looks amazing!

If it’s any consolation – I am a complete addict!
Hmm, when I got my first nespresso machine (pixie), I was a complete addict. I have had to cut down now. I like the look of your machine that does the milk as well. What a great recipe! Love it thanks!
Could you explain…Did you put the puree in the milk frother to heat it?
No only the milk goes in the frother!
