Happy weekend (finally)!  I am excited to have a relaxing fall weekend and prepare for a visit from my in-laws.  Christian finally has a week off and since I couldn’t take off of work this round, it was a perfect opportunity for Christian’s family to come in town!  He’s going to show them around town and I’ll spend some time with them in the evenings and then C and I will pack up for a much needed vacation weekend.  It will be so nice to be around family as I’ve found myself a little nostalgic for the South lately.

  1. I too am super glad you splurged on the Horchow headboard bc your blog post about your bedroom is what inspired me to also purchase it. And I freakin’ LOVE THIS HEADBOARD!!! If I wasn’t already married, I’d marry it.

  2. LOVE the flats! I’ve been lusting over the Charlotte Olympia ones for quite some time know but didn’t want to have to shell out the cash for them! These are great affordable alternative! 🙂

  5. OBSESSED with your bedding, Kathleen! Where is it from? I just got a puppy and have failed at keeping her off the bed so I’d love a white comforter to try and hide some of her shedding!
