Styling Summer Sweaters | Fave #NSale Sweater Picks

Styling summer sweaters… now say that three times fast!  But seriously, sweaters aren’t just for fall and winter, my friends. I love styling loose sweaters in the summer, whether it be a something like this one (comes in 4 colors and is currently marked down!) or a cozy cardigan.  Today I wanted to share one of the sweaters I picked up in the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and how I styled it during our weekend visit to Catalina Island.

I think summer sweaters look great with cutoff jeans, boyfriend jeans or layered over dresses. You can tie them across your shoulders in a preppy, polished look or around your waist. Best of all, you can wear a neutral camel color like this year-round. It’s why I always gravitate toward beige, gray and camel solids!

  1. so, obviously love the outfit (the gray fringe sweater has been in my cart all weekend long since you posted about it!!!), but on an unrelated note: how did you teach christian how to photograph?! i’d LOVE it if my hubby could help me out sometimes but as it stands i have to get all of the settings right & then pray he’s able to figure out how to get things in focus. any tips?! xx

    1. I bought that gray fringe too – it’s sooo cute! We’re both self taught. I think it just takes practice. Or maybe you guys could take a class together?

  14. tell me your leg secrets!! also your DM is off for your instastories but I literally try and reply to almost all of them I am always relating and cracking up! Last nights about Christian not being nice to you on camera…guys who are too nice all time…gag hhaha

    1. HAHA I so appreciate you! I like Pilates – but I’ve always had muscular legs sadly… they’re my least favorite feature but I try to embrace them!
