Some of my favorite moments of the past few weeks!

Ingredients:

Two containers TJ Unexpected Cheddar and Broccoli Soup
Shredded Chicken (I used rotisserie)
frozen peas, carrots and/or corn (about 1.5 cups total)
all purpose seasoning
flaky salt
crescent roll dough
1-2 TB melted butter with herbs (for brushing on top)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 370
Mix all filling and put in greased pan
Baked for 20-20 minutes uncovered (until warm)
Layer crescent roll dough on top
Brush melted butter on top
Bake at 370 for 10-15 more minutes

The last of my NY camera roll 🍎

Can’t really put into words what this lil 3 day work trip was to me. So much inspiration, connection, motivation, hustle, detail, business and tech talk, longtime friends, new friends… have been looking forward to it for months and sad it’s over.

But I hope to do it again! I try to work more part-time these days but remembering that I have my own personal goals is something I want to prioritize more.
