A few months ago I hit the mega jackpot of summer off-the-shoulder finds under $40, and I mean… wouldn’t I be a bad blogger if I didn’t share the scoop? You guys gotta get in on this!

I stocked up before a trip, and I’ve been loving my finds ever since. SO, today I wanted to share some of my favorite OTS picks that will not break the bank, and best of all – they’re showstoppers.
