white culotte denim

I recently shared this look on Instagram here, but I don’t know what feels more fresh than crisp white denim.  However, my legs/thighs are usually not the area I look to highlight (a little more about that here), and we know white skinny jeans do this oh so well. That’s where a cropped flare pair comes in!

I love cropped denim because like skinny jeans, you can wear them with flats or heels but unlike skinny jeans, they don’t hug your leg silhouette if you’re not tryin’ to show them off, ya feel me?

top (sold out), similar styles here and here | denim, also love this pair (splurge) and this pair (save) | jacket, also available here | heels | earrings | sunglasses | lipstick in Backtalk

Are you a white denim lover? Or do you have the same hesitation as me? If so, I encourage you to try this silhouette and see what you think! It’s totally changed the white denim trend for me.

Thanks so much for reading – XO –

  1. Oh I love me some skinny white jeans. I have twiggy legs and more curvy hips so I always go for a jean with some stretch and a longer looser top. And for spring or summer that fun pop of color is just . Love this look and the fun colors you have going on!

  2. Hunni, it is just amazing to me that you don’t like your legs. If I had your legs, I would be ‘Hallelujah Happy’ and satisfied.

I could never wear jeans like this because of my skinny legs. And because I’ve unfortunately lost 12 pounds in the past couple of months, there’s no way I would even DARE try to wearing this style of jeans. Anyhoo, these are really cute on you (no surprise there)!!!

  3. This looks great on you. I’m 5’2” when I put on any type of cropped pant it looks awful!! In the 70’s they were called flood pants

  4. Kathleen, I know you don’t like your legs, but my husband thinks they are beautiful. He says they are not little stick legs like the alleged “super models” that look like they may drop dead if they don’t eat a sandwich stat! Instead they look like the legs of a fit, healthy, strong woman. You can pull of any look my dear!
