Blue jean baby! You might remember these jeans from this post, but they are the pair I can’t stop wearing as of late. I loved the cropped element which looks so fab with heels, and they are high waisted, which is the only kind of jeans I’ve been wearing the past few years.
Why? Because once you high rise, you don’t go back. I love that a higher waist jean really highlights a woman’s waist and hips – embrace your curves! Trust me, try a high waisted pair of jeans and tell me how you feel once you put your lower rise pants back on.

Love Levi’s! Randomly picked up a pair years ago to try on at a store and was shocked at how perfect they fit! I’m curvy with larger thighs/hips and a smaller waist. Their curvy line, both boot cut and skinny, fit beautifully. I don’t even need a belt because there’s no gaping at the back of my waist! Plus, they hit my natural waist, which is great after years of low rise jeans where I was terrified of accidentally showing crack every time I sat down.
