When I was shopping for New York, I came across this Self Portrait look-alike dress and I was like… in the basket!

I shared with you guys what I like to splurge on recently in this post, but statement dresses usually isn’t one of them. While statement dresses are fun and fabulous, they’re also memorable, which means that you can’t wear it as often as a designer handbag, jewelry or classic piece.
